INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA of users who consult the Società Italiana Gas Liquidi S.p.A. website.

The website www.vulcanenergie.com provides commercial and institutional information regarding Società Italiana Gas Liquidi S.p.A. and its brands and products.

The personal data provided will be processed for purposes strictly connected and essential to the execution of the service offered by the “Contacts” and “Newsletter” section, through which information and material related to the activity carried out by Società Italiana Gas Liquidi S.p.A. or one of its brands, will be sent upon request of the user himself. The data and information entered by the user when completing the contact form will be exclusively used to respond to the user’s request.

The legal basis of the processing is the consent of the party as provided for by the art. 6, letter. a) of the GDPR.

B – Type of data processed

– Personal Data:

The data collected from the “Contacts” and “Newsletter” sections are Name, Surname and e-mail address.

– Browsing data:

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website collect, during their normal operation, personal data whose transfer is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

The data is not collected to be associated to identified users but, by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This data category includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used to connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses in ​​notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.

The data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous information on the site’s use for statistical purposes and to ensure that the site is functioning properly. They are deleted immediately after processing.

– our collaborators and employees specifically appointed and within the frame of their respective duties.

Personal data may be processed by subjects within the Company in their capacity as person in charge, only if the processing is needed to carry out their duties, and exclusively limited to the operations necessary for the performance of the said duties.

Personal data will not be transferred abroad or disclosed in any way.

F – Data storage time

Personal Data will be processed for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected and in any case for no longer than 3 years from the date of registration in the relevant section. The user’s right to revoke the offered service remain unchanged. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

G – Rights of interested parties

Within the limits of the applicable legislation, you have the right to request, at any time, access, confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know their content and origin, verify their accuracy or request their supplementing or updating, or rectification  as well as to obtain your data in a structured form of common use and legible by automatic-device format (Art. 15 et seq. of EU Regulation no. 2016/679).

Pursuant to the same articles, you have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as, and in any case, to oppose for legitimate reasons, their processing.

The subjects to whom the personal data refers to have the right at any time to obtain information regarding:

– purposes of the processing;

– categories of personal data processed;

– the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data are or will be disclosed;

– the data storage period or, where not possible, the criteria used to determine this period;

– the existence of the interested party right to request the data controller to rectify or delete personal data or to limit the processing of personal data concerning the mentioned party or to oppose their processing;

– the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority;

– the origin of the data in they were not collected from the interested party;

– the possible existence of automated decision-making processes.

Pursuant to the Applicable Regulations, you have in any case the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data) if you believe that the processing of Personal Data is contrary to current legislation.
