Vulcan is a guest of honor at the Viitorul Energiei Gala

On Wednesday, November 20th, an important event organized by the Federația Patronală a Energiei took place in Romania.

The Viitorul Energiei Gala is an annual event, organized by the newly reformed Federația Patronală a Energiei (FPE), which brings together representatives of the energy sector and partners from various industries, with the aim of fostering high-level dialogue on Romania’s energy transition.

In the 2024 edition, companies and projects embodying the values of partnership, efficiency, stability, and excellence for the implementation of the energy sector in the country were awarded.

Among them, Vulcangas Romania, a subsidiary of Società Italiana Gas Liquidi SpA – Gruppo “Vulcan” represented by Costantino Amadei – CEO of Vulcangas Romania – and Catalin Babu – LNG Business Development Manager of VR, was awarded for Innovation in Decarbonization.

Thanks to the intense work of recent years, the company has inaugurated the first biofuel station in the country (in Pecica), thus launching a project to expand the green corridor, which will see the opening of two more LNG and BioLNG stations in Bucharest and Constanta.

A heartfelt thank you to the Federația Patronală a Energiei, to Franck Neel – President of FPE – and to Daniel Apostol – General Director of FPE, as well as to all the institutions and partners who support the company’s projects.
